Preperation:
- Preperation Time: 20 minutes
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Method
• Marinate the lamb in turmeric powder, with 3 tablespoons of The Cherry Tree Hot Garlic Pickle and salt for an hour
• Heat a frying pan on a medium heat with a little oil, and add the lamb
• Fry for approximately 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently
• Stir in the rest of The Cherry Tree Hot Garlic Pickle just before serving, along with the red chillis (if you like the heat!)
• Top with fresh coriander… yum!
