Our team is headed by John Payton who brings more than 45 years of experience to our business. He is an expert when it comes to the supply of poultry, game and meat to a variety of customers including some of the finest restaurants and hotels throughout the South West.

As well as our corporate clients, we also want to supply local residents too and this is possible through our online store. The livestock from our cuts of meat are carefully sourced and typically originate from farms around the Exmoor National Park. We are focused on kinder farming to our animals, allowing them to roam free rather than the mass-produced factory farming that is so common.
